Perpetually Limited is a UK private limited company based in London. We design, build, and operate a small portfolio of digital ventures — internal SaaS tools and operational web apps — and take on selected external software, web, and DevOps engagements alongside.
Founded by a small operator-led team, Perpetually exists to build and keep useful software systems running over a longer horizon than a typical agency engagement.
Why a group company.
Most software is built once and abandoned soon after. We structured the company to do the opposite — to keep ventures running for a long time, with the same team that built them.
Operating as a group means each product carries clean ownership, shared infrastructure, and the same engineering discipline. It also means a partner, investor, or acquirer can review any single venture without inheriting a tangle of dependencies.
What we say no to.
- Multi-month statements of work where nobody owns the outcome.
- Pure design engagements with no operating responsibility.
- Fragile stacks that only one person understands.
- Work we cannot document, maintain, or hand over cleanly.
