Prohibited activities
You must not use perpetually.app to:
- Act unlawfully. Use the site for any purpose that is prohibited by applicable law, or in a way that breaches any third party's legal rights.
- Transmit harmful content. Send, upload, post, or link to any content that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
- Infringe intellectual property. Copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from content on the site without our written permission.

Use of the live chat widget
The live chat widget on perpetually.app is provided by Intercom and is intended for genuine support and enquiry purposes. When using the live chat you must not:
- Send abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory messages to our team or any automated system.
- Attempt to extract confidential business or technical information by social engineering or deception.
- Use the chat to distribute spam, unsolicited promotional content, or links to third-party websites for commercial gain.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Intercom platform or any connected system.
We reserve the right to end any live chat session and to block a user's access to the widget if we reasonably believe this policy is being breached.
Automated access and scraping
You must not access perpetually.app by any automated means — including robots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers, or similar tools — in a way that places an unreasonable load on our servers or infrastructure, or that harvests personal data or substantial amounts of content for commercial purposes.
Legitimate search engine indexing of publicly available pages is permitted, subject to our robots.txt instructions. We may update robots.txt at any time to disallow specific paths.
Any systematic extraction of content — for purposes including training AI or machine learning models, aggregation, or republication — requires our prior written consent.
Security testing
You must not conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or any other security assessment of perpetually.app or its infrastructure without our prior written permission. Unauthorised security testing is a breach of this policy and may constitute an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
If you have discovered what you believe to be a security vulnerability in this website, please report it responsibly to hello@perpetually.app. We will investigate and respond promptly.
Monitoring and enforcement
We do not routinely monitor user interactions, but we reserve the right to review any use of perpetually.app — including contact form submissions and live chat conversations — where we have reason to believe this policy is being breached.
If we determine that you are in breach of this policy, we may take any or all of the following actions:
- Issue a warning.
- Suspend or permanently block your access to perpetually.app.
- Block your IP address or IP range.
- Disclose information to law enforcement agencies where we are required to do so by law, or where we believe it is necessary to prevent or detect a crime.
- Take legal action against you.
Failure to comply with this policy constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Use and may result in legal liability.
